To access your account, please follow these instructions:

1) Go to https://ontariohealth.smarteru.com
2) Click "LOGIN" and your profile should load automatically

*If for some reason you are experiencing difficulty signing on, the steps below can be followed to reset your password and logon via alternate means:

STEP 1: Reset your password @ https://ontariohealth.smarteru.com/remote-login/account-recover.cfm?Language=English&ID=3328 (Enter your Ontario Health email address in the prompt)

STEP 2: Enter login credentials (OH email address + New Password) @ https://ontariohealth.smarteru.com/remote-login/login.cfm?display=1
